Halifax Opportunities Trust relies heavily upon the commitment and involvement of its voluntary Board of Trustees, which is responsible for setting the direction and the priorities of the organisation, and overseeing the distribution of any surpluses generated by the activities.
The Chief Executive of the Trust is responsible for developing the organisation and securing the resources necessary to enable the Trust to pursue its objectives and take advantage of new opportunities as they arise.
