Halifax Opportunities Trust had the opportunity to sponsor a Christmas Tree as part of Halifax Minster’s Christmas Tree Festival this year. The marketing team collaborated with the Children’s Centre nurseries at Todmorden, Siddal, New Road and Jubilee, adorning the tree with handmade snowflakes made by the nurserie’s children.
HOT’s tree stood alongside trees sponsored by businesses and organisations from across Calderdale, the Festival ran for the weekend of the 2nd and 3rd of December, however the trees are still up at the Minster for the rest of December so if you have chance and you need a little help getting into the festive spirit the Minster is the place to be.
A big thank you to all the children and staff at the children’s centres for making our tree look rather magical and to our Trustee, Reverand Hilary Barber for involving Charities, businesses and organisations from across Calderdale to take part.
