Credit Controller
7 hours per week
Salary £17,108.44 per annum
(Actual £3,193.58 pro rata)
Based at Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a credit controller to work within our central finance team.
The main purpose of this role is to contact customers who have fallen into arrears with their payments.

You will do this through a combination of effective telephone communication and letter writing to develop an understanding of the customer’s situation and personal circumstances, agreeing suitable and sustainable arrangements to pay.

You will need:

  •  Previous collections or customer service experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Finance experience is desirable
  • Organisational skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • IT literate
  •  Reporting back to management with updates
