Through connecting with young people, committing time and knowledge, mentors can spark change by building aspirations and confidence for young people while gaining new perspectives and professional accomplishments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Connect<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Build positive Relationships with rising stars of the future and make lasting connections with your community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This local Park &amp; Warley partnership between Halifax Opportunities Trust and The Halifax Academy has been developed to build links with local businesses and professionals for a better-connected community. Grow your network while helping a young person climb for a brighter future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Make an impact for a brighter future and unlock the potential of a young person through sharing your time, knowledge and experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Halifax Opportunities Trust\u2019s Employment team has years of experience in working with people to reach their aspirations. You&#8217;ll work alongside Halifax Opportunities Trust and The Halifax Academy, who will match you with a young person (aged 14\/15), based on their career goals and your own career path\/journey.
