As part of Refugee Week (18th-24th June 2018) Halifax Opportunities Trust is hosting a joint festival day at REACH, New North Road Baptist Church in Huddersfield. The day of celebrations will take place on Tuesday 19th June between 10:30 and 3:00pm and will feature activities and entertainment for all the family as well as food from around the world. The festival is open to all and everyone is welcome to come along and join in the fun.
The event has been funded by Connecting Opportunities and Migration Yorkshire as part of their work to support new arrivals to the country to settle and build happy, fulfilling lives here in the UK.
