Local apprenticeship provider, Halifax Opportunities Trust, to host Apprenticeships Event to unlock Early Years career opportunities for local people
The Halifax Opportunities Trust (HOT) Apprenticeships team will host an apprenticeship event dedicated to the Early Years sector that showcases the qualifications, careers and progression pathways available through work-based learning, as part of National Apprenticeships Week on Monday 5th February 2024, at The Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre.
The Early Years Apprenticeship Event will provide information on all the apprenticeship opportunities available through the Trust, as well as hosting a market place for local early years employers and industry specialists to share opportunities and sign-post career pathways. Apprenticeships can unlock opportunities with skills for work and life and the HOT Early Years Apprenticeship Event will support those considering a career in the sector to:
- Discover live vacancies from Early Years providers across Calderdale and Kirklees
- Speak with our experienced apprenticeship team
- Find out more about apprenticeship qualifications
- Work with our teams to discuss skills and match with career routes
- Explore career progression pathways and the benefits of work-based learning
Whether it’s unemployed people seeking new opportunities, young people or school leavers looking to reach their career aspirations, or those currently in the sector focused on professional growth or career development, the Trust will meet these needs by sharing opportunities throughout Calderdale and Kirklees.
The Charity hopes to welcome people from across Calderdale to help connect candidates with employers, as well as unlock a whole host of opportunities available within the Trust, as a local employer, too.
